0850 R 010 ON Hydac return oil filter element is used for fine filtration of return oil in the hydraulic system.It filters out metal particles produced by component wear in the hydraulic system and rubber impurities in seals and other contaminants to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean. The 0850 R 010 ON Hydac return oil filter layer of the filter element is made of non-composite glass fiber filter material,which has high strength,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,large dirt holding capacity and good filtration performance.

Filter Feature:

The support mesh inside the 0850 R 010 ON filter element is a 1.5MM thick spiral welded round hole mesh,which has strong support and strong pressure resistance.The filter element is also equipped with a bypass valve.When the filter element is not replaced in time,the bypass valve can automatically open and the system operates normally.

Performance Features:

1. This filter can be installed directly on the fuel tank cover or installed with a pipe.

2. It is equipped with a filter element pollution and blockage transmitter and a bypass valve to improve the reliability of hydraulic communication.When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low,flow pulsation and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35MPa,an alarm will occur.The sensor will send out a signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced or the temperature should be raised in time.If the machine cannot be stopped immediately to deal with these faults,the bypass valve set on the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure is 0.4MPa)
