0550R010ON hydraulic oil filter element is used for hydraulic system oil return fine filtration,filter out the metal particles produced by the wear of components in the hydraulic system and the rubber impurities of the seals and other pollutants so that the oil flowing back to the tank to keep clean. 0550R010ON hydraulic oil filter layer of the filter element adopts non-composite glass fiber filter material,which has high strength,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,large contaminant capacity and good filtration performance.

Filter Material:

We make 0550 R 010 ON hydraulic oil filter use a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. 0550 R 010 ON oil filter cartridge have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.

• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.

Filter Feature:

The supporting net in the 0550R010ON oil filter element is 1.5MM thick spiral welded round hole net,which has large supporting force and strong pressure resistance.The filter element is also provided with a bypass valve,when the filter element is not replaced in time,the bypass valve can be automatically opened,and the system operates normally.

We make 0550R010ON oil pressure filter is Beta grade. Excellent filtration performance. The Beta X = 1000 number means that for every 1000 particles of size x in the fluid, on average only one particle will pass through the filter..

Performance Features:

（1）The 0550R010ON oil filter can be directly installed on the cover plate of the fuel tank or installed with a pipe.

（2）With filter pollution blocking transmitter,and bypass valve, improve the reliability of hydraulic AC,when the filter is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low,flow pulsation and other factors caused by the oil inlet pressure of 0.35MPa,the transmitter will send a signal indicating that the filter should be replaced in time or increase the temperature,if not immediately shut down to deal with these faults,the bypass valve on the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure is 0.4MPa)

（3）0550R010ON hydraulic oil filter element is made of glass fiber material,with high filtration accuracy,large oil capacity,small original pressure loss,large amount of pollution and other advantages,its filtration accuracy is calibrated with standard filtration accuracy,filtration ratio β3,5,10,20≥200 filtration efficiency n≥99.5% in line with ISO standards.
