Introduction:

0330 R 010 ON hydraulic oil filter is used to filter solid particles and colloidal substances in the medium, reduce the relative surface friction of hydraulic components, improve the reliability of the system, protect the safe and efficient operation of the hydraulic system and lubrication system. Classified as hydraulic oil filter element, the use of high-quality glass fiber filter materials, widely used in hydraulic systems.

Filter Wash:

The 0330 R 010 ON hydraulic oil filter is stainless steel mesh element can be cleaned again after use,it can save you much cost.However,only a certain cleaning level (percentage) can be achieved.For best results,components should be cleaned using professional equipment.But cleaning results are unpredictable.It depends a lot on various conditions.

(1) Dip the filter element in light oil and rotate thoroughly.

(2) Clean off dirt by scrubbing the element with a brush parallel to the pleats.

(3) Clean off dirt with an air spray gun.

(4) Rinse well.

(5) Dry using an air spray gun.

Notes:

It must be noted that during each cleaning process,approx. 80-90% of the initial filter area can be recovered each time,that is,after 4-5 cleaning cycles,the result (cleaning cost and service life) may not be economical.We will be happy to send you the operating manual with further information on cleaning.

Maintenance Methods

1. Drain the original hydraulic oil before replacing it, check the oil return filter element, oil suction filter element, and pilot filter element to see if there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities attached. If so, there may be a hydraulic component failure. After inspection and elimination, clean the system. .

2. When changing the hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not changing at all.

3. Identify the grade of the hydraulic oil. If hydraulic oils of different grades and brands are not mixed, they may react, deteriorate and produce floc. It is recommended to use the specified oil for this excavator.

4. The oil suction filter element must be installed before refueling. The nozzle covered by the oil suction filter element leads directly to the main pump. If impurities enter, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump, or it will cause the pump to pump.

5. Add oil to the standard position. There is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank. Check the fluid level gauge. Generally, all cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed on the ground.

6. After refueling, be sure to bleed air from the main pump. Otherwise, the entire vehicle may be temporarily inactive, the main pump may make abnormal noise (air sonic boom), or air pockets may damage the main pump. The way to exhaust air is to loosen the pipe joint directly on the top of the main pump and fill it up directly.
