In order to strengthen our staff’s work skill,on 2019.04.26,DKFILTER’s HR and Administration Department organized the first phase of induction training for new employees.The training instructor is the director of our marketing department.This training was actively carried out under the enthusiastic auspices of Manager Zheng of the Personnel Administration Department,and a total of 24 new employees participated.
During the period,several chapters including the company's corporate culture,corporate philosophy,talent concept,development history,and existing team were introduced.Every employee from various departments listened attentively and took notes carefully.
In order to promote mutual communication between new employees in various departments and cultivate team combat capabilities,Manager Zheng arranged three interactive games,such as "Finding Friends","Building Games", and "Crazy Eggs",to make everyone feel at ease In the process,not only the hands-on and brain skills of new employees have been exercised,but also everyone's teamwork ability has also been improved.The most important thing is to promote mutual understanding among colleagues,establish a friendly and happy working relationship,and let everyone know about our company.The development scale system has a deeper understanding.
Our HR and Administration Department will,as always,do a good job in the training of employees at all stages,and strive to serve each of our customers well.
