Introduction:

Facet CAA43-5SB high flow coalescing filter cartridges are used to remove ultrafine solids and enhance water separation from jet fuel. The main advantage is balancing fluid flow and structural strength. Manufactured from a single piece of construction using various combinations of media, precisely arranged in multiple layers and pleats, wrapped around a coated perforated metal center tube, the coalescing cartridge is guaranteed for optimal performance.

We make CAA43-5SB coalescer filter cartridge screw base ends are injection molded,glass-filled nylon.This screw base material offers superior strength and ease of maintenance—uniform threads,no shrinkage,no galling and no gasket to recover. A permanently affixed Buna-N gasket seals against the V-type knife edge mounting adaptor to provide a positive seal.It will not separate from the cartridge during installation or change out.

Work principle:

CAA43-5SB high-efficiency coalescers merge small droplets of liquid into larger ones as the fluid stream passes through several layers of filter media,each with progressively larger pores.

As droplets compete for the open pores,they coalesce forming larger droplets.These larger droplets are easier to separate from the continuous phase fluid.

The CAA43-5SB coalescer size and type are determined by numerous factors:physical properties of the fluid,flow rate,process conditions and chemical compatibility with process fluids and additives.
