Brief Introduction:

AC 7181/2 mainly used to remove water and dirt from oils,fuels and gases. We make AC 7181/2 has a special construction for removing dirt and water from hydrocarbon and other oils as well as gases.It can reache the coalescer function.The outer media layer filters out silt,rust and other particulate contaminants.The inner layers absorb water and chemically bond it so that no water will release downstream.

Notes:

When the AC 7181/2 cartridge reaches its water holding limit,the media swells shut and the differential pressure rapidly increases. This signals the operator that the cartridge must be changed.

Filter Material:

We make AC 7181/2 coalescing filters use a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. AC 7181/2 coalescers cartridge filter have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.
