Brief introduction:

AC-718P4D water absorbing cartridge is used to remove hydrocarbons and other oils as well as dirt and water from gases. The outer media layer filters out silt, rust, and other particulate contaminants. The inner layer absorbs water and chemicals. Its function is to improve the cleanliness of oil and protect the long-term, efficient and safe operation of industrial equipment.

When the AC-718P4D cartridge reaches its water holding limit,the media swells shut and the differential pressure rapidly increases.This signals the operator that the cartridge must be changed.

Our manufactured AC-718P4D fuel filter cartridge media is made from high quality hydrophobic pleated cellulose material. The outer media layer filters out silt, rust and other particulate contaminants, while the inner layer absorbs water and chemicals. AC-718P4D aviation fuel coalescer filter elements are widely used in various industrial industries such as power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, aerospace, etc.

AC-718P4D Features:

DKFILTER makes the replacment,but the quality is same as original with features as below:

• Removes free and emulsified water to less than 2 ppm

• Water capacity for the AC-718P4D cartridges ranges from 2 to 4 quarts.

• Effective filtration of silt and other particulates

• Maximum operating temperature:250°F.

• No media migration or "linting"

• Easy to install and remove

AC-718P4D cartridge will shut off flow when loaded with water or dirt. Appropriate precautions should be taken in critical applications where oil flow must be maintained.

With some lube and hydraulic oils all of the water may not be removed in one pass,and extra passes will be required for total removal.
