Introduction:
PPL-336-S1B-05E peco facet liquid gas coaleser filter is used to remove liquids and solids from high flow gas streams that contain high concent rations of liquids.The filter tube is sintered with high-precision glass fiber.Its media can process several times more liquid per unit area of media than conventional media and often eliminates the need for upstream bulk separation equipment such as mist eliminators and vane separators.

PPL-336-S1B-05E coalescers cartridge filter have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

Work principle:
PPL-336-S1B-05E high-efficiency coalescer merge small droplets of liquid into larger ones as the fluid stream passes through several layers of filter media,each with progressively larger pores.As droplets compete for the open pores,they coalesce forming larger droplets.These larger droplets are easier to separate from the continuous phase fluid.
The PPL-336-S1B-05E coalescer size and type are determined by numerous factors:physical properties of the fluid,flow rate,process conditions and chemical compatibility with process fluids and additives.
