Filter Material:
The CM-56SB-5 glass fiber coalescing filter element is made of high-density gradient glass fiber.It is designed into an integral monolithic tube structure to reduce damage and leakage.The surface of the filter element is treated with hydrophobic and oleophobic treatments to meet various precision grade requirements.
Polyester fiber coalescing filter element material is usually made of polyester fiber synthetic material,which has good compatibility with various fluids.The filter element is spirally rolled with a multi-layer structure.Each layer uses fibers with different properties.The expected filtration accuracy can be achieved by controlling the shape,size,thickness,density and other parameters of each layer of fibers.
The CM-56SB-5 coalescing filter element mainly uses surface-treated glass fiber or polyester fiber as the coalescing medium. The structure of the filter material is specially designed to make the filter medium have good coalescing performance. The filtration precision can reach 0.1μm.

Work principle:
Our CM-56SB-5 aviation fuel coalescer filter manufacturing material is high quality ultra-fine fibers. Droplets of oil,water and other liquids are captured by ultra-fine fibers inside the coalescer.These micron-sized fibers form tortuous channels for the air flow,forcing solid particles and liquid mist droplets to undergo three processes:inertial collision,diffusion interception and direct interception.Under the action of this filtration mechanism,they are captured by ultrafine fibers.The surface tension of the liquid causes the small droplets to coalesce into larger droplets.Due to gravity,the large droplets settle to the bottom of the container.
