Our CM-43SB-5 CM series facet peco coalescer filter element replacement is made of a variety of composite materials through special processes and has hydrophilic properties. The coalescer is deployed in the first stage filter/water separator. CM-43SB-5 facet coalescer cartridge is used to remove particulate contamination and free water from fuel or other fluids and faudi aviation CM-43SB-5 CM series coalescer element is suitable for aviation fuel and other hydrocarbons. It not only filters out mechanical impurities in the medium, but also demulsifies and coalesces, allowing the emulsified water in the medium to separate and coalesce into larger water droplets.

Filter Material:

We make CM-43SB-5 CM series coalescing filters use a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. CM-43SB-5 facet coalescers cartridge filter have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

Work principle:

CM-43SB-5 CM series high-efficiency coalescers merge small droplets of liquid into larger ones as the fluid stream passes through several layers of filter media,each with progressively larger pores.As droplets compete for the open pores,they coalesce forming larger droplets.These larger droplets are easier to separate from the continuous phase fluid.

The CM-43SB-5 CM series coalescer size and type are determined by numerous factors:physical properties of the fluid,flow rate,process conditions and chemical compatibility with process fluids and additives.
