MPI-643-0.5SB coalescing filter element is primarily used to coalesce emulsified water and remove viscous contaminant particles from hydrocarbon fluids. The largest single application is the filtration of aviation jet fuel. We make MPI-643-0.5SB fuel coalescer filter with high-density glass fiber media or a combination of glass fiber and pleated media materials, it achieves deep filtration of oil fluids and ensures smoother operation of mechanical equipment.

Filter Material:
We make MPI-643-0.5SB aviation fuel coalescing filter cartridge use glassfiber and pleated paper media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure. These cartridges can be provided with either a perforated paper or expandable metal outer wrap if required.
• Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.
• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.
• Have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area.
