Introduction:

A910303 Turbo-TOC Kaydon separator filters particles, viscous pollutants and emulsified water and is installed in a vertical filter/separator. Classified under Coalescer and separator type filter. The end cover is made of stainless steel. The double glass media on the outer layer of the filter element and the water-removing scrim are folded together to remove water. Safe, long life, easy to install.

• Stainless steel oil-water separation net has small flow resistance and high separation efficiency.

• Internal material metal support core, perforated internal support core provides axial strength and liquid plug protection.

• The outer layer of the filter element is made of multi-layer composite structure filter paper with high filtration accuracy.

• In order to achieve the best flow distribution effect in design, a uniform hole type outer pipe and a variable hole type inner pipe are used.

• The end cap material also uses stainless steel end caps to enhance the strength of the filter element and prevent bypass leakage of pollutants.

Filter Material:

We make A910303 separator filter cartridge uses high-performance Teflon filter material. Moisture resistance: the surface of Teflon does not stick to water and oil. If there is dirt, can be removed by simply wiping it. Temperature resistance: does not become brittle at freezing temperatures and does not melt at high temperatures. Wear resistance: smooth surface has a very low coefficient of friction. Corrosion resistance: almost immune to any kind of chemical corrosion.
