Performance Features:
• External Cage: Media support during operation is provided by a 304 stainless steel external support cage.
• Positive Seal: Standard seal material is nitrile (H13), available as an internal o-ring or flat gasket, depending on coalescer size.
• End Cap: 304 stainless steel end cap is used to increase the strength of the filter element and prevent contaminants from bypassing.
• External Drainage Layer: A polymeric external drainage layer provides drainage of coalesced liquids and protection against re-entrainment.
• Metal Support Core: Perforated internal support core provides axial strength and liquid-proof plug protection and is constructed of 304 stainless steel.
• Primary Coalescer: Coalescing is achieved through the use of a high-area pleated fiberglass media surrounded by a nonwoven polymer support and drainage layer.
