SO424V5 Parker Velcon separator cartridge filter is used for secondary dehydration to remove agglomerated water droplets generated by the filter/separator container Not hindering the filtration of hydrocarbons. The direction of flow is from the outside in. Reduce the fuel moisture entering the downstream filtration process and improve combustion efficiency.

Filter Material:

We make SO424V5 fuel separator filter cartridge uses high-performance Teflon filter material. Moisture resistance: the surface of Teflon does not stick to water and oil. If there is dirt, can be removed by simply wiping it. Temperature resistance: does not become brittle at freezing temperatures and does not melt at high temperatures. Wear resistance: smooth surface has a very low coefficient of friction. Corrosion resistance: almost immune to any kind of chemical corrosion.

SO Series Separator Situation Analysis：

Currently, there are three mainstream types of ink cartridges with different types of repulsive media:

（1）The synthetic medium filter can be cleaned up to two times. For customers who don't want to spend time cleaning the separator, it is also a good option.

（2）The folding paper box cannot be reused, and must be replaced every time the coalescer paper box is replaced. They are usually used in conjunction with diesel and other fuels.

（3）The Teflon coated screen (TCS) filter element is currently the most popular type of separator filter element. The cost-effective TCS components can be reused in many coalescer filter replacement cycles. Moreover, TCS ink cartridges generate much less static electricity than pleated ink cartridges. These characteristics make them the preferred choice for aircraft refueling applications.
