CAA22-5SB Facet PECO high-flow coalescing filter cartridges are used to remove ultrafine solids and enhance water separation from jet fuel, improving the optimal performance and efficiency of the overall mechanical equipment. CAA22-5SB coalescer filter is designed as a one-piece one-piece tube construction to reduce damage and leaks.

Filter Material:

We make CAA22-5SB coalescing filter cartridge using glass fiber coalescing filter elements made of high density gradient glass fiber. CAA22-5SB fuel coalescer filter is designed as a one-piece one-piece tube construction to reduce damage and leaks. The surface of the filter element has been treated with hydrophobicity and oleophobicity to meet the requirements of various precision levels.

• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.

Filter Performance:

CAA22-5SB PECO coalescer cartridges are available in two mounting styles:self-centering rod mount and screw base.The rod mount style has treated metal end caps, while the screw base ends are injection molded, glass filled nylon.The screw base material offers superior strength and ease of maintenance —uniform threads,no shrinkage, no galling and no gasket to recover. Apermanently affixed Buna-N gasket seals against the V-type knife edge mounting adaptor to provide a positive seal.lt must not be separated from the cartridge during installation or change out.

We make CAA22-5SB PECO oil fuel coalescer filter replaces the filter element with Beta grade. Excellent filtration performance. The Beta X = 1000 number means that for every 1000 x size particles in the fluid, on average only one particle will pass through the filter.

Operation principle:

CAA22-5SB PECO Facet coalescer housings equipped with CAA Model 5 coalescer and companion separator cartridges have been tested and fully qualified to meet the performance requirements of API Bulletin 1581,5th Edition Category "c"Type "s".Vessels to this specification are suitable for being used with commercial fuel where significant levels of water and dirt are present.

Built for balanced fluid flow-thru and structural strength, each CAA Model 5 coalescer cartridge is a single-piece construction of various combined media, precisely arranged in many layers and pleats, wrapped around a treated, perforated metal shell-all encased in an outer sock material.All cartridges are 6"(152mm) outside diameter, the standard model has an inside diameter of 3 1/2”(89mm). However,alternative models are available with internal diameters of 50 mm and 65 mm to fit other installations.Cartridge lengths are standard and interchangeable, nominal lengths being in increments from 11 1/4”(286mm) to 56 1/4”(1430mm).
