Introduction:
We manufacture 22203095 pleated air filter element is mainly suitable for filtering 5um particles. 22203095 air filter uses non-woven fabrics, glass fiber, synthetic fiber blends or polyester fiber as filter materials. The wedge-shaped folding shape has a large filtering area and is equipped with a high-strength cardboard frame to form a cylindrical structure with balanced spacing. The double-rib design ensures the filter pleat profile, so that the filter can achieve a larger dust holding capacity with less resistance.
Technical Datas:
• Filtration accuracy:5µm
• Filtration efficiency:99.999%
• Initial pressure difference:≦0.02MPa
• The service life can reach about 3500~5200h
• Compressed air oil content can reach below 3ppm
• The filter material is made of high quality HV and glass fiber
Filter Material:
Our manufactured 22203095 air filters use a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. 22203095 cartridge filter have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.
• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.
• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.
• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.
Efficiency:
• Medium effect: F6, F7, F8, F9 (ISO 16890)
• Sub-efficient: 85%@0.3u m (H10), 95%@0.3u m (H11), 99.5% 0.3u m (H12) (EN1822)
• High Efficiency: 99.95%@0.3u m(H13), 99.995%@0.3u m(H14), (EN1822)
