The cardboard frame pleated air filter element is a kind of pre-filter,which is mainly suitable for filtering 5um particles.It is made of non-woven fabric,glass fiber and synthetic fiber by blending or polyester fiber as the filter material.The wedge-shaped folding shape has a large filtering area,and is equipped with a high-strength cardboard frame to make a plate structure.

The balanced spacing and the design of double ribs ensure the contoured pleats of the filter net,so that the filter can achieve a large dust holding capacity when the resistance is small.Folded shape,the filter material is fixed diagonally at the front and rear of the outer frame,the filter material and the outer frame are tightly bonded to prevent any air leakage,and its filtering area is 2-5 times that of a normal plane.
