Filter Structure:

All the solid particles above 3μm in the output air of the compressor can be filtered out, and the extremely small oil-water gas solution of about 0.01-1μm is condensed into larger oil droplets when passing through the filter element, and accumulates at the bottom of the filter element, and then passes through the filter element. The oil return pipe in the bottom recess of the filter element siphons back to the lubrication system so that the compressor discharges more pure, oil-free compressed air.

Filtration Curve:

Apply lubricating oil to the gasket surface during installation.

The mixed use of inferior lubricating oil and unmatched lubricating oil will accelerate the formation of carbon deposits and shorten the service life of the lubricating oil filter element.
